FSA Film Room

One of the most unique components of our training sessions is that we provide our participants with videos of the drills that consist of the warm-up exercises, beforehand.  A drill tracker sheet should also be printed off and brought to each training session.  Athletes should perform the exercises throughout the week and track their work. 

Be on time! There will be a 10-minute timer set at the top of your training hour to be the workout's warm phase. Complete as many exercises as you can correctly.

Please watch the videos and perform the routine at home to perfect the movements. 

Rookies: 3-5 reps
Juniors: 7-10 reps
Pros: 12-15 reps
