Thomas Chatman, Co-Founder

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK, Coach TC is an award-winning athlete and now coach, Thomas “TC” Chatman plays a prominent role in the Minnesota athletics community.

In 1993, the Chatman family moved to Minnesota, where Coach TC attended Jordan High School. He quickly became a captain of the basketball team, leading his teammates to back-to-back conference championships for the 1994-96 seasons, and setting a school record with 23 wins.

Coach TC received his Associate of the Arts degree from Fergus Falls Community College, where he led the 1997-98 FFCC Spartans to a historical National Championship with a record of 29-0. In 1998, he enrolled at Augsburg College, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Education and leading the Auggie basketball team in scoring. He also received an All-Conference selection.

After college, Coach TC spent some time playing semi-pro ball. He trained with the world-renowned Harlem Globetrotters, who exposed him to some of the unique training and humanitarian opportunities that inspire his program today. Coach TC has led operations for and implemented successful sports programs for large organizations like the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. The programs to this day, still claims thousands of kids attending annually. High School while also coaching on the AAU circuit for 10 years.

Coach TC trains and provides mentorship for college athletes at all levels, some ranked in the nation’s top 150 prospects. Some of his clients have gone on to be professional athletes and most importantly successful in the game of life.
