Start with the part of their game or routine they want to work on. Each program page lists the intended age range, time commitment, focus, and equipment. If they want something they can use right away, Game Ready is a practical place to begin.

Each lesson focuses on one drill or concept and includes a video with written coaching notes. Athletes can return to the demonstration as often as they need. Parents should help younger athletes choose a safe space and provide supervision when a program calls for it.

No. Your athlete can access FSA online training wherever they have the space and equipment listed for that program.

A training program gives your athlete an ordered plan built around one focus. The Drill Library is a separate collection of individual drills organized by skill area for athletes putting together their own session.

FSA Online Training gives athletes access to structured basketball training they can complete from anywhere. Each program includes video instruction, drills, workouts, and guidance organized in an easy-to-follow format.

After purchasing, your athlete will receive access to the program through the Coach IQ platform. They can log in, open their program, and begin working through the lessons in order.

Access may vary depending on the program you purchase. The access period will be clearly listed on the program page before checkout so you know exactly what is included.

Equipment requirements depend on the program. Most programs require only basic basketball equipment, and any additional equipment needed will be clearly listed before purchase.

Yes. Most FSA Online Training programs are self-paced, allowing athletes to work through the training around school, practices, games, and other commitments.

Yes. Athletes can revisit lessons and workouts included in their program while they have access. Repeating training is encouraged when additional practice or reinforcement is needed.
